01Acceptance of these terms

By accessing the Noir Joya website, requesting information, or purchasing an offering when purchasing becomes available, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our offerings. These terms may be updated, with the revised effective date shown on this page.

02About Noir Joya

Noir Joya LLC operates from Arizona, USA, and offers spiritual self-exploration resources and experiences, including numerology interpretations, Reiki-based spiritual wellness services when available, and the Manifest Daily guided journal. Services, availability, formats, and descriptions may change as the business develops.

03Nature of our spiritual services

Numerology is presented as a symbolic framework for reflection and personal insight. Reiki is offered as a complementary spiritual wellness practice. Our offerings are not medical, mental-health, legal, or financial services and are not intended to diagnose or treat conditions or to replace care from a licensed professional. Interpretations are for personal reflection and entertainment purposes only: nothing is guaranteed, readings describe possibilities rather than fixed predictions, and outcomes remain subject to your own free will, choices, and circumstances. You are responsible for your own decisions and for seeking appropriately qualified professional advice when needed.

04Booking and purchases

Prices, inclusions, delivery methods, and appointment availability will be shown before checkout or booking. Numerology checkout and scheduling are not currently connected; Reiki remains interest-list only, with no booking or payment available. Submitting a request or inquiry does not create a confirmed appointment or order. An order or session is confirmed only through the applicable booking or payment confirmation. We may contact you if additional information is needed to complete a personalized service.

05Personalized numerology readings

Personalized readings may require your full name and date of birth or other details disclosed during ordering. You agree to provide accurate information and to review details before submission. Interpretations are personal, subjective, and intended for educational and reflective purposes. A recorded interpretation and a live appointment are different formats; the inclusions for the selected offering control. Know Your Numbers: Deep Dive costs $77 recorded or $117 live, with full payment when ordered or booked and no separate deposit.

06Reiki sessions and informed participation

Reiki sessions may include quiet reflection, intention-setting, meditation, and other elements disclosed in the offering description. Your participation is voluntary. Please communicate any questions, accessibility needs, boundaries, or preferences in advance. In-person touch, if offered, requires your consent; you may withdraw consent or ask to stop at any time. Reiki does not replace medical or mental health treatment. Reiki is currently interest-list only and not bookable or payable. This draft establishes no Reiki appointment, deposit, payment, refund or cancellation policy.

07Manifest Daily journal and physical orders

Manifest Daily is a physical journal available through the embedded Lulu product checkout. Product specifications, pricing ($34.99 before applicable tax and shipping), shipping charges, estimated fulfillment, and any applicable taxes should be reviewed in the Lulu checkout before completing an order. Lulu prints, fulfills and ships this print-on-demand journal. Noir Joya is the first support contact for Direct Buy Button orders on this site or the separate Manifest Daily website, at noirjoya@gmail.com, and liaises with Lulu to resolve claims. Production and transit estimates vary, with no universal promised delivery date. Orders may be processed by third-party printing, checkout, or fulfillment providers; their processing and delivery terms may also apply where disclosed. Product photography and screen colors may differ slightly from the printed item.

08Refunds, returns, cancellations, and rescheduling

The Shipping, Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policy explains journal and numerology rules. Print-on-demand journal orders are generally final with no change-of-mind returns or exchanges, but damaged, defective, incorrect or missing orders may qualify for appropriate remedies. Contact Noir Joya promptly, preferably within 30 days of shipment, without limiting statutory rights or an applicable longer supplier remedy. Order cancellation or address changes may only be possible before production or fulfillment and cannot be guaranteed. The $77 recorded personalized reading is generally nonrefundable once ordered, subject to law and remedies for non-delivery or service error; disagreement with an interpretation alone is not a refund basis. The $117 live reading is prepaid in full, not a deposit: cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled start receives a refund of the amount paid; cancellation under 24 hours is not refundable, subject to law. Rescheduling is flexible and free, including less than 12 hours before, with no fee, deadline, caps or extra penalties for now. No separate deposits are required. Nothing in these Terms or policies limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

09Email communications and The Jewel Collective

The Jewel Collective and Reiki waitlist save signups and consent in Brevo. Direct Jewel signup requires explicit email marketing consent; Reiki adds a contact to Jewel only if its separate general email consent is selected. Direct Jewel signup does not request Reiki launch notices. Existing unsubscribe and blacklist flags are preserved. Automated welcome emails and email campaigns are not connected. Other signup forms remain previews. Optional interests are preferences, not promises of service availability. Free resources are subscriber welcome benefits requiring knowing affirmative email marketing opt-in through an unchecked-by-default checkbox, with the resource and ongoing inspirational content, updates, promotions and offers disclosed before submission. Without that consent, the freebie is not promised. Reiki launch notices are requested separately from optional general promotions. Phone numbers and birthday month/day are optional; full numerology birth dates are not automatically reused for birthday marketing. No SMS program is active and SMS marketing consent is not currently collected; any future program would require separate optional express consent and would never be required for purchase, email signup, free resources or services. Future marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option. Privacy Policy and SMS Terms provide further details; the consent approach remains subject to prelaunch regional legal review. Emailing us through a link on the website opens your own email application; it does not automatically subscribe you.
