At Noir Joya, trust extends beyond the experiences and products we offer. We respect your privacy and want you to understand how information is collected, used, shared and protected.

01Scope and current status
This policy applies to the Noir Joya website and related Noir Joya LLC services and products, including the Manifest Daily journal and its independently operated website where adopted. Adoption on that separate website is a separate update; this task does not change it. Lulu journal checkout, the Brevo-backed Reiki waitlist and Jewel Collective signup are connected. Other signup/contact forms remain previews; automated email and SMS delivery are not activated.
02Optional Jewel Collective reflections and verification
You may request a one-time verification email to connect a reflection to the same existing Jewel Collective contact profile. This requested verification message is separate from marketing; it does not add you to any list or change subscriptions, signup interests or unsubscribe status. We do not publicly confirm whether an address is a member. Verification emails are sent through Brevo only for eligible existing members, without bypassing email suppression.
Only after email ownership is verified and you affirm the separate saving acknowledgment can your selected season, community content preferences and hopes be saved as dedicated Brevo contact attributes. All questions are optional. Previously saved selections are loaded; unchanged or skipped selections are preserved, while deliberately removing a saved selection clears it. Noir Joya may compare selected interests and season to understand community preferences. This does not activate a campaign or promise automated personalization.
The optional written Other answer and short comment are for your own reflection only: they stay in page memory and are not transmitted or saved to Brevo. Standard Brevo attributes do not provide a separate restricted field for intimate writing. Please avoid sensitive health, financial or other intimate details. Saved selections are available to authorized Brevo account users under that service’s access controls; they are not publicly accessible.
Lovable Cloud stores encrypted verification email linkage, hashed short-lived reflection credentials, and keyed email/network request limits. It does not store reflection answers. Codes are generated and verified by Cloud Auth; verification may create an email-only authentication record, not a new Brevo contact. Challenges expire within 10 minutes, permit five attempts and are single use. Verified reflection access expires after 15 minutes. Expired challenge/access records are removed on subsequent verification requests; request-limit records older than two hours are removed the same way. This is expiry enforcement, not a promise of immediate physical deletion. Cloud Auth email records and Brevo’s verification delivery logs may remain as reasonably needed for operation and security.
Saved reflection selections are retained only as reasonably needed for community preferences and support. Request access, correction or deletion at noirjoya@gmail.com, subject to verification and applicable obligations. Deletion requests cover the linked verification records as appropriate. No marketing emails, SMS or welcome sequence are activated by reflection saving.
03Information we collect
We minimize requested information. Depending on your request, information may include your first name or name, email, optional phone number, optional birthday month and day for greetings, interest preferences, questions and communications.
Personalized numerology orders may require your full birth date, name or birth name, and details you voluntarily provide. This service information is distinct from an optional marketing birthday. Journal purchases and support may involve order details and shipping or billing information available through Lulu. Hosting, checkout and security tools may process technical information such as IP address, browser, device and cookie data.
The Reiki waitlist and The Jewel Collective save name, email, optional international phone and birthday month/day, and independent consent records in Brevo. Reiki saves the selected service interest; Jewel saves optional multiple interests (Reiki, Numerology, Journaling, Mindfulness, Coaching or Other) and any supplied Other text. These are preferences, not a promise that every service is available. Other signup and contact forms remain previews and do not save entries. Lulu journal checkout is connected. Neither connected signup sends automated emails or texts; email campaigns and SMS delivery are not activated.
04How information is used
When the relevant services are connected, we use information to deliver requested free resources, manage requested email subscriptions and Reiki interest notices, prepare numerology readings, handle orders, fulfillment and customer support, send birthday greetings where volunteered and appropriately subscribed, send permitted marketing and updates, and support security, compliance and site operations. Reiki waitlist information is currently collected to manage requested launch notices and document separate optional consents. Jewel Collective information manages the general community subscription, consent records and voluntarily supplied marketing preferences. Other preview forms do not carry out these activities.
05Email marketing and subscriber welcome gifts
Know Your Numbers and similar free resources are subscriber welcome benefits. To receive a freebie when signup opens, you must knowingly and affirmatively opt in to ongoing Noir Joya email marketing through an explicit checkbox that is unchecked by default. Before submission, we explain that subscribers receive their free resource and occasional inspirational content, brand updates, promotions and offers. Without email marketing opt-in, we do not promise or send the freebie. There is no hidden subscription.
Future marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option. Transactional messages related to purchases or services and specifically requested Reiki launch announcements are distinct from general promotional subscriptions. Reiki interest and contact inquiries do not automatically subscribe you to The Jewel Collective.
The Reiki interest list and The Jewel Collective list are connected to Brevo; freebie forms and automated message delivery are not connected. Direct Jewel signup requires affirmative email marketing consent. Reiki signup alone never enrolls you in general marketing; selecting its separate optional Jewel Collective email consent adds you to both lists. Direct Jewel signup does not add you to service-specific launch lists. Existing unsubscribe and blacklist flags are preserved; a signup does not silently reactivate message delivery. This subscriber-benefit approach requires prelaunch legal review for applicable regional consent rules; we do not guarantee that one consent approach is lawful everywhere.
06SMS marketing
No SMS program is active, and Noir Joya forms do not currently collect SMS marketing consent. Providing a phone number is optional and is not permission to send promotional texts.
If a future SMS program is introduced, promotional texts would require separate, express consent through a genuinely optional checkbox that is unchecked by default, with clear disclosures and working STOP and HELP instructions. Email signup, freebies, purchases and services would never depend on SMS consent. We would not share mobile numbers or SMS consent records with third parties for their own independent promotional marketing. See SMS Terms.
07Optional birthday greetings
If you voluntarily provide your birthday month and day and have email marketing consent, we may use them for birthday greetings once email delivery is active. Birthday information is not mandatory. A full birth date provided for a numerology reading will not automatically be repurposed for birthday marketing.
08Service providers and checkout
Hosting and site platform providers, including Lovable, support the website. Lulu handles the connected journal checkout, printing and shipping, with relevant payment processors handling payments. Noir Joya is your first point of contact for Direct Buy Button order support and liaises with Lulu. Providers receive information necessary for their services under their respective terms and privacy policies.
Brevo is connected as the Reiki waitlist and Jewel Collective contact, preference and consent system of record. General email marketing campaigns are not activated by these forms. Payment card details are handled by third-party checkout/payment processing; this policy does not claim Noir Joya stores your card details.
11Retention
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for a request, service, consent records, and legal or accounting obligations. We arrange reasonable removal afterward, subject to applicable requirements. We do not promise an invented fixed retention period.
12Your privacy choices
You may unsubscribe from future marketing emails and request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Requests may require verification and remain subject to legal obligations. Contact noirjoya@gmail.com.
13International visitors
Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our providers operate. We consider applicable privacy rights and legal requirements for international visitors without claiming that this draft provides a blanket legal guarantee in every jurisdiction.
14Children
The website and marketing are not directed to children under 13. If we learn that a child’s personal information was inadvertently received without appropriate authorization, we will take appropriate steps to remove it and respond as required. Please contact us if you believe this has happened.
