Optional future text updates from Noir Joya LLC. No SMS program is active, and Noir Joya forms do not currently collect SMS marketing consent.

01Express and optional consent
If a functioning SMS program is connected in the future, Noir Joya would send promotional texts only after valid documented express consent through a separate unchecked checkbox. A phone number alone is not consent. SMS consent would never be required for purchase, email signup, a free resource or any service.
02Frequency and rates
Any future program would disclose that message frequency varies and that message and data rates may apply, before consent is given.
03STOP, HELP and support
Once active, you would be able to reply STOP to withdraw SMS consent or HELP for assistance. Until then, contact noirjoya@gmail.com with questions. Opting out of promotional texts would not require opting out of email or purchases.
04Consent records and privacy
If a future program launches, consent timestamp, exact wording/version, source and a valid international phone number would be documented before any promotional text is sent. Mobile numbers and SMS consent records would not be shared with third parties for their own independent promotional marketing; necessary providers may process them to operate the program. 05Prelaunch verification
Before any SMS marketing begins, provider setup, consent documentation, sender registration where required, and working STOP/HELP behavior will be completed and tested. This page does not certify legal compliance or activate text delivery.
