Shipping, Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

01Manifest Daily: shipping

Manifest Daily is a $34.99 print-on-demand physical journal printed, fulfilled and shipped by Lulu through the Lulu Direct Buy Button. Shipping and returns provisions apply only to this journal; no other physical products currently ship. Numerology is a digital/personalized service and is not shipped.

Lulu calculates available shipping options, costs and taxes at checkout. Destination eligibility and international shipping vary. Each copy must be produced before it ships; production and transit estimates vary. There is no guaranteed 14-business-day delivery promise or universal delivery date. Available tracking depends on the carrier and shipping method.

02Journal returns and order remedies

Print-on-demand orders are generally final: we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Damaged, defective or incorrect products, fulfillment errors and missing orders may qualify for a replacement, refund or other appropriate legal remedy.

Noir Joya is the first point of contact for purchases through the Lulu Direct Buy Button on Noir Joya or the separately operated Manifest Daily website. Lulu manufactures and ships the journal; we liaise with Lulu to resolve support claims. Please contact noirjoya@gmail.com with your order number, a description and clear photos as soon as possible—preferably within 30 days of shipment so claims can be raised within Lulu’s typical window. This preference does not override statutory rights or an applicable longer supplier remedy, and is not a blanket refusal of legally required refunds.

03Journal cancellation and address changes

Cancellation or address changes may only be possible before fulfillment or production begins. Contact us promptly; changes cannot be guaranteed. Applicable rights and remedies for delivery delays or failed fulfillment remain protected.

04Numerology: personalized digital services

Know Your Numbers: Deep Dive is personalized and digital—not shipped. Numerology checkout and scheduling are not currently connected. The following policies describe the intended terms once ordering and booking open; no payment or appointment is created by a preview button.

05Recorded Deep Dive · $77

The recorded Know Your Numbers: Deep Dive costs $77, payable in full when ordered. This bespoke personalized reading, including its report and video, is generally nonrefundable once ordered, subject to applicable law and exceptions such as non-delivery or a service error requiring a remedy. Disagreeing with a symbolic or spiritual interpretation is not by itself a refund basis. No turnaround or delivery deadline is promised in this policy.

06Live Deep Dive · $117

The live Know Your Numbers: Deep Dive costs $117, paid in full at booking, with no separate deposit. Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start for a refund of the amount paid. Cancellation less than 24 hours before the start is not refundable, subject to applicable law.

Rescheduling is flexible and free, including requests less than 12 hours before the session. There is no rescheduling fee or deadline for now. Respectful advance communication is appreciated; no no-show charges, rescheduling caps or extra penalties are imposed by this policy.

07No separate deposits

No separate deposits are required for appointments at this time. We begin with trust and kindly ask you to honor the time reserved for you so we can keep it that way. Live numerology requires the full $117 payment at booking, not a deposit. The recorded $77 reading is also paid in full when ordered.

08Support and your rights

For journal order support or numerology questions, email noirjoya@gmail.com. Reiki remains interest-list only and is not currently bookable or payable; this policy does not establish Reiki payment, cancellation or refund terms.

Nothing in these policies limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
